Ken Shoemake – President/CEO

Ken is a founding partner of Stay Safe Solutions, Inc., a service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
Ken is currently the sole owner of Stay Safe Solutions, and a retired peace officer. He has over 50 years of leadership experience in the government, private and social sectors of our economy. Ken resides in the Sacramento area with his wife, 3 grown children and their spouses, 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He and his wife celebrated 50 years of loving marriage in 2016. Ken is a U.S. Army (3rd Infantry Division) Veteran.

Peter Bares – Marketing Director for Municipalities & Regulated Companies & Utilities

Peter is responsible for Municipalities & Regulated Companies & Utilities. Peter brings nearly 40 years of business development experience ranging from passive and active OEM electronic assemblies, to high-end mass storage RAID arrays and controllers and more recently in the secure document destruction and environmental services and consulting arena. Peter resides in the Orange County California with Donna his wife of 30 plus years.

Doug Eldridge – Marketing Director for Federal and State Government

Doug is responsible for sales for DVBE/SDVOSB Contracts including NASPO.  Doug brings 20 plus years of experience in government contracting, bid sourcing, and procurement research.  Doug is a founding partner with Eldridge Bid Reporter helping businesses sell to federal, state and local governments.  Residing in the Sacramento area, Doug is a versatile musician and is married with two outstanding children.

Darc D. Keller – Marketing Director for Medical Services

Darc is responsible for development and management of medical services.  This focus allows Stay Safe Solutions to align critical support for needed medical operations.

Darc brings over 40 years of private, public and military executive background in every sector of the healthcare industry including Fortune 500 companies, Assistant Secretary, Health Policy for the Governor of California and advisor for numerous international initiatives.

Resides in the Sacramento area with his wife of 50 plus years, four grown children and 12 grandchildren. Darc is an U.S. Air Force Colonel. Colonel Keller continues to serve in the California National Guard Military Reserve as the assistant state surgeon, most notably designing the national model Behavioral Health Program.

Kim Lontz – Marketing Director for DVBE Participation Agreements

Kim is responsible for managing DVBE Participation Agreements.  Kim brings 20 years of experience in advertising specialties, overseas importing, trucking and logistics.  She is also a licensed pesticide dealer and handles sales of promotional products and apparel.  Kim resides in the Sacramento area and has two grown children.

Andy Ronchak – Marketing Director for Supply Schedules

Andy is responsible for Stay Safe Solutions’ long-term government contracts that provide federal, state and local government buyers with access to commercial supplies (products) at volume discount pricing.  Andy brings 19 years of GSA contract award and modification processing and GSA contract management experience.  He specializes in the following areas:  eOffers and eMods, compliance reporting, contract renewals, and compliance audits.  Andy resides n the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with his wife of 30 plus years and four children (3 sons/1 daughter).  He and his wife have one granddaughter. Andy is a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Jeff Tewksbury – Marketing Director for E-Commerce Operations

Jeff is responsible for E-Commerce and electronic contracting operations.  His duties enable Stay Safe Solutions to be an integral DVBE/SDVOSB partner to government procurement professionals.  Jeff brings over 40 years of IT technology and business experience ranging from sales & marketing, channel management, and business development.  Jeff resides in the Sacramento area with his wife of 40 plus years and two grown daughters.
