On April 16, 2008, more than 1,300 individuals devoted to creating employment opportunities for people with severe disabilities  came together to be inspired by personal stories of success. The NISH National Training and Achievement Conference Awards Banquet honored these highly successful individuals, nonprofit agencies, government agencies, and businesses with their stories of “Performance Excellence”.
