We are pleased to announce that our Stay Safe Group of companies have joined the California DVBE Alliance Corporate Advisory Board (CAB). The CAB consists of members from the industries of health care, aerospace, document management, construction, staffing, IT, banking and California’s regulated public utilities. Represented companies include Apple, AT&T, Blue Shield of California, Cisco Systems, CVS Caremark, Genentech, ITT, Kaiser Permanente, Lockheed Martin, McKesson, PG&E, Robert Half International, Southern California Edison, Southwest Gas, Sprint, Union Bank, Verizon and SureWest.
The Corporate Advisory Board provides the California DVBE Alliance Board of Directors and the Alliance membership with strong support for DVBE participation in corporate diversity plans. CAB members have adopted the mission of increasing the exposure of a highly qualified pool of DVBE firms, and promoting collaboration and communication between CAB member corporations and DVBEs.
The Corporate Advisory Board meets throughout the year at various locations, or by teleconference, to discuss ideas that foster an improved business climate and a spirit of cooperation between disabled veteran-owned businesses and member corporations.
